New / Unused:

You may return any new, unused item for a refund within 14 days of delivery (refund excludes outbound and return shipping charges). Additionally, all original boxes, bags, packaging and literature must be in new condition and included with the returned product. Please make sure the items you wish to return meet these criteria prior to proceeding. Exclusions apply, see below.

We will credit your original payment method for the product purchase price within 5-10 business days of receipt of your return. Customer is responsible for the original outbound shipping cost. If you need a different item (size, color, etc.) simply place a new order online and it will be processed.
Damaged & Lost Merchandise:

If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 48 hours after the package was received. We do not issue refunds for returns of merchandise damaged or lost in transit. An item that was discovered damaged or deemed lost in transit will be replaced with the same model only. Should the item not be available for replacement, the customer will be issued credit for the original cost of the damaged item. Exclusions apply, see below.

Please allow up to 30 days for the processing of claims for lost shipments.

Special/custom orders may not be returned for a credit.

Baseball & softball bats must be unused with the plastic wrapper still on the bat. Used bats cannot be returned under any circumstance. Warranty/Defective claims must be handled directly through the manufacturer, see below for bat warranty information.
GLOVE WARRANTY INFORMATION

All Driving Force gloves have a life-time warranty on laces, webbing, padding, adjustment, and hinges.

The warranty can be voided if the glove is not in playable condition.

The Driving Force will evaluate the damage of the glove and inform the customer of the warranty work covered.

BAT WARRANTY INFORMATION
BAT WARRANTIES
Your new aluminum/composite bat carries a manufacturer's warranty against defects. The warranty period varies from bat to bat.
NEW BATS [UNUSED/UNOPENED]
All unused, new bats in their original “shrink wrapped” packaging may be returned to Driving Force Sports within 14 days of purchase. Please contact Driving Force Sports at communications@drivingforcesports.com for a Return Authorization Number. Unless products are defective or shipped in error, shipping charges are not refundable.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED BATS
All defective or damaged aluminum/composite bats must be returned to the manufacturer for exchange within the warranty period of the bat. The bat manufacturer's phone numbers are shown below for your convenience. Please call them directly or click on the link below to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). We recommend that you keep your bat invoice as your proof of purchase. If you need a copy of your invoice, please contact us at communications@drivingforcesports.com
